Clive.

With my limited use.

Yes all functions works fined learned into Philips Pronto.

No point in putting it into standby, as its recording all time, i like the
idea of turning on the telly and been able to rewind immediately if i've
just missed something.

Dont know about the rest :)

Dean.

Subject: [ukha_d] SKY+ Questions

I have just moved to SKY+ over the weekend and I am pleased so far.

Questions for those who have had it longer than 1 day:

Can normal learning remotes be used for SKY+ and would all functions work?
Are there any useful undocumented features that are worth knowing?
Is there any point in putting it into stand-by when not in use? (if so,
why)
Any interesting mod's that I could consider?
What does the RS232 port do?
Can I upload the SKY+ disk to a PC (for more storage)?
Any good web-sites with all this type of info to look at?

Thanks & Regards

Clive
