Just a quick Q - I'm helping a chum install some low voltage lighting,

we need to cut the holes, and pull the cable through without taking down
the ceiling nor pulling up the floorboards above.
I would assume we need some sort of sturdy wire/conduit of some kind to=20
feed the cable parallel to the floorboards. Anyone done this ?
