I've also posted this to the Comfort Technical Group . . .
OOOPS!
I seem to have mis-typed my password in comfigurator.
I set up user 1 as Me with programming rights, user 2 as my Wife with no
programming rights and user 18 as an "Engineer" with global
rights.
However, I think I've mis-typed the password for Me (User 1) and now can't
download anything because I can't grant Engineer access.
I'm happy to wipe the NVR as I have the CCL file (with a correctly typed
password!) but can't find out how to do it.
HELP!!!!
