Ive had this issue before.

I found it was where a service had been configured to run with a user name
and password and the user had then change the password.  But not the
password on the service.  So every time the service runs it lock out the
user as the password is enter wrong 3 times!!


So just look for a service they are running as their user?

Anyone any ideas on this one:

One of my users account keeps getting locked out every couple of days.

This can happen whilst he is already logged on, and then he cant access any
resources until I manually unlock the account and he logs back in.  A
couple
of days later, it will happen again.

There ARE some failed log in attempts in the Event log, but these originate
