Video server for CCTV via ADSL / DNS

Can anyone in the group recommend/have experiance of Axis 2400 video 
server?

I need to hook up 2 exisitng cameras (composite b/w output) to allow 
access via adsl using a proprietry web server. Not having had chance 
to play with camera etc to date my own opinion is it looks like the 
solution, and Axis have a good name for cameras as well.

I would normally have looked to upgrade the cameras but the building 
is in a conservation area and the local conservation officer almost 
blew a fuse with the tiny, discrete external cameras that are 
currently fitted!

On a separate note I also need to use a dynamic DNS service as the 
client has standard domestic BT broadband, and BT seem very 
unsympathetic to the need for a fixed IP address. They even 
suggested that the use of a web server to manage the information and 
allow it to be accessed remotely would break the terms of the 
contract - no web servers allowed on the domestic service to prevent 
web site hosting. All they could offer was an "upgrade" to a 
commercial service!!! Anyway, I am hoping that the dynamic DNS 
service and a suitable router will take care of the problem. Any 
comments anyone?
