If you want to close a topic don't spew crap in the same email. There 
was one or two BRIEF problems I'm aware of and they cirrected as soon as
the opers discovered them. That would have happened faster if certain 
people actually INFORMED them the problem existed. The other connection
problems have been down to external issues NOT CONTROLLED BY NIXHELP OR
ANYONE HERE, so again, use your intelligence before complaining.

Who reads AUP? Well I did, and as a result I haven't had to send emails
to lists that have NOTHING to do with the service I was trying to
access.

If you want to close this, don't respond, simple as that.
