Out of interest have you done retrofit residential installations of C-bus?
Or is it always part of renovation or new-build projects. I guess this is
the main advantage of X10 not needing to chase in extra new wires
everywhere.
Otherwise C-bus certainly looks very good.
When renovating I put in LD11 modules, so all circuits run to loft or
basement.
All switches also run in same way.
I also put cat5 to main light switch in each room. However I didn't put it
to every light switch...
For these cat5-less switches can I run C-bus switches over existing
(isolated) switch wiring rather than Cat5?
