I would have been really interested to see more of a breakdown of the
costs.
I can't see how what looks like a warehouse from the outside could have
cost
so much to build, I can only think the original land cost was a large
%'age,
after all it was a great location.
Loved the idea of being able to open up almost the whole front of the
house
in the Summer though - has given us some ideas, but apart from that it
seemd
like a lot of money for not a lot of house and no CAT5 :)
