No, distance selling is going to make e-tailing SAFER for the vast
majority
of people within the country, who are currently being ripped off by
sharks.

I have advised my friends and family, especially my Mother, not to buy
online, unless you can afford to write off the entire amount, because if
you
get lucky, everything will be fine, but if *ANYTHING* goes wrong, you
*WILL*
