RE: DDAR CCF generator - FAO Kieran
Its not all bad news. ill write a new release at the weekend.
To cut a
long story short, someone offered some code for the script to work with
jrec
which I happily integrated into my build. We discussed whether
talking
direct to the socket was an appropriate method as opposed to using
LWP. Ill
write a version using LWP and see if that resolves the problems.
Don't give
up hope just yet ;-)
thanks
kieran

In which case...
Guys,
I've also just proved or not as the case may be that running under
linux
fails just as badly as under windows. That is to say talking to with
windows
server software doesn't seem to work - ie the perl script just sits
there
doing nothing.
I have no idea what the cause is...
If it gets really bad then I could knock up a vb app for the windows
users,
though I'd need an example of the output generated (.csv file) ...
