Brian,

The easiest way to get TivoWeb onto your Tivo is to download it
directly
to the Tivo (assuming your Tivo is setup to connect to the internet
through your LAN)

telnet to Tivo

>from
http_get -T 0 -C 0 -D /var/hack -U 
http://199.240.141.102:80/tivoweb-tcl-1.9.4.tar.gz

The readme at http://tivo.lightn.org/README
covers this, then unpacking
and starting.
