There are three different drives, Thompson, Philips and Samsung. The
Thompson doesn't do CD-r, the philips is variable, but the samsung is
top
notch. Quick way to tell, the samsung drive tray has 2 extra holes in
it.
Not a major deal, as you say with a 10/100 port built in, theres not
much
need :)

Hmmm, it was only a work in progress so I didn't make a note of where I
saw
it, it may have been on xbox-scene tho, maybe 2 weeks ago.
