ADSL Recommendation

Hi,

I am looking for a suggestion as to a low cost no frills ADSL service 
provider for the inlaws, I have had a lok at adslguide but would 
welcome any input. I am with Easynet via work and they don't fit the 
low cost category!

They only need web access and an email account (worst case they could 
use yahoo or MSN etc or i could provide it via my domain)

I am not looking for the quickest service provider, my key 
requirement is quality of service (uptime) in terms of internet 
access and also customer service (telephone based support that 
doesn't require holding for 6months), they are not computer experts.
