Need advice - tv tuner/graphics card/remote control of PC

Hi All,

I have a PC running in my garage which holds photo's and music and runs
Homeseer. I really want to be able to view the photo's on the TV and in
the future possiby other things. The current graphics card is an old
one
which was lying around and does not have TV out, so I need to upgrade
it. My plan is to use a video sender for the PC to TV link as wiring is
a no go. I would also like to have remote control of the PC for
navigating round the photos.

My options are to upgrade the card to a AIW 7500 and get a remote
wonder
remote control, as it doesn't come with the remote. From what I've read
this uses an older tuning mechanism for the TV as opposed to the
8500's,
but I I can't go for the 8500 as it doesn' run under 98se. However I
assume the quality of the picture will be fine. One of the benefits of
this is it's a single card solution and is reasonably priced, I think
this is older technology though as the cards seem to be limited in
numbers.

The other option is to get one of the newer 9000 Radeon graphics cards
and the remote wonder, then at a later date get a TV card when
required,
such as one of the Hauppauge ones. I'm not sure though whether this
wouldn't be as good from the remote control point of view, as the
remote
wonder seems to integrate better into the first option, or so I can
gather from reading. 

I think the 7500 is the route I will take but any advice on which way
may be best would be appreciated as well as any potential pit falls,
also any recommendations for which video sender to use would be great.
