Indeed.

I know of one building which had it's PCs nicked twice in two weeks.
On questioning, the alarm system had triggered 550 times in 18
months, and thus although a van with a security van turned up, they
were expecting just another falsie.

Better than that, after the first break-in, a 24x7 manned guard
regime was instigated.  The 2nd removal of kit occured whilst the
security guard was in the john.

I've never heard of a system this bad.  Its a falsie a day.  On a
system installed to supposedly high standards.  Pah.
