O2 were a reseller for a domain registrar - probably OpenSRS, as that seems
quite popular - perhaps Chris can confirm who the underlying service is
provided by?
I suggest you contact the service provider and tell em what happened and
that
you want to move domains somewhere else.
123reg.co.uk are cheap and good IME, so you could transfer to them
perhaps....
