[OT] Pay as you go ISP for GSM/iPAQ email collection?

Since moving to BT Midband and cancelling my BT Anytime account I'm going
to
need a pay as you go internet account to use with my mobile phone/iPAQ.

Any recommendations?  From memory the BT OpenWorld PAYG account gets closed
automatically if you don't use it once a month or something like that?
