Graham,

Perhaps we need some claification on whether Suresh wants to actually play
the audio on his PC (i.e. decode it and play it though the PC's soundcard)
or whether he simply wants to access the mp3s for playback by other means
(amp/hifi).

If it is the latter, then the slimp3 is more than sufficient...
