New User/Old User...
Hi all,
I’ve been lurking for quite a while (Credit card has
already been used in anger - Tivo, X-Box and X10) but
without a house it seemed rather pointless to post but
have finally got round to buying one, at least the
offer has been accepted. And so the tedious (and
costly) process of mortgage and solicitors has been
started.
Solicitors + Mortgage + Council Tax + Stamp Duty =
Hefty bill.
I hope you’re ready for the large number of questions
that will be coming your way (Alarm systems,
Networking and ADSL have all been lined up.)
