Jonathan,

A number of options for you:

- Homeseer... expensive but reportedly good

- AutoM8it... the challenger, does 90% of what Homeseer does, but
half the price, and developing faster

- MisterHouse... free, but requires "programming" in the
"writing
code" sense... If you run Linux, then this may be for you.

- xAP controller... a software controller to allow other xAP software
to respond to, or control, X10 devices www.xapautomation.org

Search on www.automatedhome.co.uk for reviews of the first three, and
links to their sites.
