If you do, use the CAPI drivers. The i4l drivers didn't deliver the
goods audio wise for me.

Incoming CID on analogue lines isn't a problem with xAP integration -
you can still get at it via a xAP enabled meteor.

Interestingly, although the FXS interface (used to connect analogue
extensions to asterisk) generates Bell format Caller ID, all the BT
format compliant devices that I've tried so far interpret it
correctly - total bargain!
