Cabling for Home Cinema Projector ?

Hello All !!!

I have oportunity tu put some cabling for future home cinema
projector (99.999% will be LCD or DLP type).  Now, I have to put
wires in place while the house is "demolished" and they are going
through the sealing and under the froor boards between gorund floor
and first floor and are going tp be possitioned in bay window.

I have already spoken to a friend of mine (John Hill and he has
suggested me a few things and also told me to post message here).
Basically, I'll be running 2xCAT5e for S-Video over CAT5e (can I use
S-Video instead of that).  Now I need to know what kind of cable I
need to run for RGB and is it possible to run SVGA cable in length
of 10-15m.  Also, if there is any other kind of cable needed, please
tell me so.

I have found some retaild on the web that sells cables on-line
