Thanks for all of the feedback guys.
I'm afraid that the conduit solution is not going to be within budget ( as
I've got beam and block floors throughout !!! )
Just got a price on a 500m reel of Cat6 LS0H : 111.05 GBP
Does this sound about right? I've not bought Cat6 before so I've no idea
if I'm getting my leg lifted a bit or not....

ps someone said I'd need cat6 rf45 sockets etc. - can anyone point me at a
site that supply these ?
