OT: ATTN: BlueYonder users (was ATTN:O2 Hoster clients)

Just thought - the problem I have is regardless of whether or not I am a
client
of O2's.

Would appreciate if _any_  ppl on Blue Yonder could check out the link I
gave
below to see if they can access the questions - not the top level headings
(Billing, email etc), but can you actually see the questions in the
subsections?
