www.rswww.com appears a bit screwed at the moment. A lot of stuff
is showing either as "available 1st March" or showing silly
prices.
The following from www.maplin.co.uk are worth trying:
QH03D type BZY 3V6.
QL80B type 1N4148 (3 off).
