The Exhibit Engine is pretty powerful. The downsides are that uploading
photos to it is quite an involved task, and it won't automatically pick up
shooting information from the EXIF information - you have to type it in
manually.

Is there any photo gallery software (open source) that makes it easy to
build an online gallery with security and other features that some of
the existing on-line sites have? Bit like the postnuke concept?



After playing with some of the commercial sites, I think I'd rather host
my own.
