Re: OT Battle Stations OT
Now that's interesting...
about a week ago, my Tivo suddenly changed from being 100% reliable at
changing channels on my Sky box to not being able to change channel *AT
ALL*
untill I enabled the front blaster. Since enabling the front blaster,
channel changes are about 75% reliable.
I'd made a lot of changes in the previous couple of weeks, including a new
120GB disk swap, turbonet/Tivoweb, and one of those coax IR cable thingies
into RF2 on the digibox... so I kinda presumed one of these was the cause
of
the problem... As I only noticed it late at night in the middle of the
week,
the only resolution I had time to try was enabling the blaster, which
"sort
of" works...
I guess when I get some time I'll be pulling the Tivo again and putting the
original disk back in and starting the entire upgrade process from
scratch...
