Tall order.  The "even" bit is the hard bit, as a luminaire with
even
light outputwill make the bit nearest the fitting brightest, and the
bit furthest away dimmest.

What you need is an assymmeric flood, which is itself an uneven
illumnator, but that changes when you get te varying distance for an
overall even effect.  Even so, a seven foot throw from close by is a
challenge.
