Get a copy of NanDub from www.doom9.org

open the file, set video to "Direct Stream Copy"

Set Audio to "Full Processing mode"

Click "Conversion", and set 48->41Khz conversion on
Click "Compression" and choose an appropriate MPEG codec.

File, Save-As a new AVI..

You *might* have to set the Video > Framerate > "Change so that
audio and
video durations match" checkbox too.

I have an mpeg video file and I want to change the sample rate of the
audio to 44.1 as it currently 48
How can I do this ? anyone know ?
