Feedback is vital!

I currently use a Pronto Pro, iPaq (with NetRemote and Vinyl), Fuji (with
M=
ainLobby), PC and a Laptop to control my HA setup. I still have a big need
=
for something wall mounted that's not too big and can always be found
(unli=
ke the Pronto, iPaq etc).

Feedback on one of these devices will give MP3 playing, heating status,
ala=
rm status, Caller ID to name but a few. Loads more where they came from!

Paul.

i have to admit it seems a bit of a backward step to me to have a small,
hardwired display on a wall to control everything. i know they look cool,
but that is it as far as i can see.

what do people do with these that cannot be done with a pronto? (and yes i
know a pronto cannot give you feedback but is that important?)
