Hi Paul,

Why not display the information for a few seconds, then start scrolling it
or doing some fancy graphics much like a screen saver?

This is what I plan for my boiler monitor but it would also look cool at
the same time.

I looked at the noritake-elec web site but the words 'burn-in' made me
think VFD isn't the way I'd want to go. Is this a real problem? I could
see me using it for security state etc, which doesn't change much and
stays on-screen for long periods.
