On a vaguelly related note, is it possible to get Gameport -> USB
adapters?

I have some Serial -> USB adapters I picked up from eBuyer, so I'm
thinking similar, but for joysticks, must be possible (I hope).

I have some devices that plug into the gameport on my soundcard, but I
have a feeling these sort of ports are slowly expiring on cards and
motherboards, so I'd like some means of ensuring compatibility in
future.
