I would go for Cisco, of course, but that's quite a difference in
prices.
Actually, I haven't found anyone selling these adapters in UK, but I
beleive price should be in the range of their phones.

I recommend you to get a Cisco ATA-186 if you want to use your
cordless/DECT
phone.
It has by far more features (CallerID, voice-mail indicator, etc) and
you
get two lines.
It is available here at 160$ (without VAT).
I have one for half a year now, connected to my Asterisk PBX and no
problems
at all.
