Hi,
hope this is helpful, I look after a couple of sites, I have traditionally
used xcalibre www.xcalibre.co.uk, but have recently used web-mania
www.web-mania.com
Both these hosts as far as i can tell are fast, reliable, and most
important
(to me) cheap.
web-mania also provide good features such as full ssh, ftp free sub-domains
etc (full feature list pasted below)
