If you use CheckPOInt (free) it will sync with these. CheckPOInt
also has a very neat system for adding POIs as you drive (I still
find this a little akward as my PDA is mounted in the centre of the
dashboard so I have to use my left hand).

The best speed camera POI for the UK is at:

http://www.pocketgps.co.uk/uksafetycameras.php

but the cameras aren't classified by the road speed and there's no
distinction between a speed camera and a red light camera like there
is at POIPlace. They also have a sync program on the site.
