Hi Dave,

If they will accept the scan frequencies of video 50Hz Vert an 15.625kHz
Horizontal, they you can probably use one of John Sims RGBtoPlasma
converters which generates clean H & V syncs for the monitor to lock
to. I
believe there is a notice on the site that some LCD's will not work with it
as they wont lock to a horizontal frequency less than 31kHz. If it will
loc=
k
to those frequencies, the LCD should then scale the image to fit as it does
with a lower resolution PC

Another possibility is one of the VGA converters that SCAN ofter sell
designed for displaying video on a PC monitor but I dont know if they
accep=
t
RGB. They might be S-Video or Composite only.

There are converters that will do what you want but being professional
products they cost a lot of money. Might be worth searching for "Line
Doublers" or "Scalers" designed for Home Cinema.
