Automated PC backups

Thought i'd share this little gem here as I haven't see this free=20
software mentioned at all in ukha_d.

For some time now I've been using the utlity XXCOPY (www.xxcopy.com)=20
in batch files to run automated scheduled nightly backups of my=20
important files to another hard drive. (I then run less frequent=20
backups to CD usually once a month.)

However I was never able to use XXCOPY to properly create an=20
automated full image of my c:\ drive on my Win2K machine until=20
recently. The guys at Pixelab have released a beta of XXCLONE that=20
makes a perfect job of creating an image of a system drive without=20
having to drop out to DOS or re-boot a la Norton Ghost.  It works=20
perfectly for me and I've now tried several full and incremental=20
backups with. It can be found at www.xxclone.com  (i have no=20
connection with them - just a happy user!).
