OK one for you Mac users....

Since I did upset the Mac ferternity here's some more insult to injury....

I churn out SETI units with whatever machines I can find and so installed
SETI on the laptop and inergrated it into the 'collective'.

I monitor the machines every 5 mins to estimate how fast they are
performing
and to my shock when I got up this morning my Vaio after only 1 night got
itself ranked high among my other machines. Take a look at
http://seti.shaf.net/ and notice that
the 'newvaio' knocked out a SETI unit
@ around 4 hours.... Holy sh** I'd like to see a Mac beat that even though
it's technically supposed to be faster.... hell an XP2000+ is technically
supposed to be faster also !

Note that I'm currently on the machine right now and compiling stuff so
during the day it's not gonna be performing as well as it did last night.
