I would suggest a Vigor 2600X..

that's what we use.. it has ADSL support for the future, and ISDN support
right now. It's a NAT translating router, basically the same as Robert is
suggesting, except without the Cisco price tag..

I would actually suggest demon, btw: they have no disconnects, and a pretty
good service for a small office.

This is actually what we use, until we get another 142 people registering
;)
