If your kids are quieter than a cheap ATX case, then I've been very lucky
with the cases I've bought or your kids are abnormally quiet :-)

I've seen (www.compubits.com systems & barebones, look for BBS-LCD/PC)
a
complete PC / LCD monitor as a combined unit, this would be small, light
and
easy to put away. (Prices are better than those quoted for trade !)
