Its just the bare case and the software to put on it.  You can get
the mobos to fit the case from linitx.com and a psu for it.  A
normal 3.5 drive fits in there apprantly.

compat it should work, so you're not restricted to using this case.
(Best to check redhat ES 2.1 compat list).
