PC PSU should be able to supply more than that in standby anyway as I think
there's a 720mA @ 5v allowance for Wake On LAN, a 1,000mA allowance for
wake
on USB and a 720mA allowance for wake on modem...

...I'm sure I remember something about that in the manual for the last mobo
I bought.
