How tortuous is the current cable route?  Could you use the slack you've
got to feed in the second cable or a pull-string?

If you were really brave you could pull the cable back from the current sky
box with string attached to pull the cable back together with the extra
coax.

I've only ever done this with CAT5 and telephone cable, it might be more
"fun" with stiffer coax.  Don't you hate wooden floor boards
sometimes? :-)
