Thanks Paul and Keyvan,
I've got the trial version of MusicLobby so I'll have a play, does this
stuff run straight away or do you have to design screens etc. first.
Also I assume it will allow different machines to play different music?

I am using MusicLobby with MLserver (now with two way comms and
status update)and I (and more importantly other household members)
are very happy with it.
As paul says, the multi-zone could be better implemented (if you
change zone on one client, the MusicLobby "scene" displayed on
other
clients will also change to show that zone.)
There are ways around that with Girder - and now with variable
assignment and two-way update from server to client so you get
feedback on what's playing in which zone without having to go to the
MusicLobby scene - this is much more practical.
Hope this helps.
