I (like some others I think?) simply wired up some patch panel ways in
parallel (all connectors connected). I then brought in the incoming phone
feed and terminated it into an RJ45 plug and into one of the patch ways.
The outgoing were simply done in the same way. Quite simple, you just need
to keep track of which phone cable goes to which RJ45 pin. Makes for a very
flexible system if you have a patch panel?
