you just replace your master socket faceplate with one of these:

that allows you to filter all the phone connections in the house without
using a filer at each socket, and you can hardwire a socket for dsl from
the terminals on the back, meaning you make a concealed cable run from
the master socket to wherever your adsl router/modem is going to be, and
your good to go!

get in contact with an isp, if you do go for that master socket
replacement, you will not need the isp to supply filters, so just work
out which hardware solution you want for your connection (router/modem)
and then get in contact with your isp of choice.
