email2sms/redcoal

Hi Chaps,

there was some discussion on the list recently about this, and redcoal.com
was mentioned as a provider.

I signed up with them for a test, did it and it worked, then chucked 50
quid at them.
Since then, of about 30 or so sms's, only about 6 seem to have come
through - though in the redcoal control panel, it shows them all.

This will either be redcoal or my network (virgin) I guess being a bit
kack.

I have emailed redcoal twice now without a response, so it doesn't really
matter now WHO is at fault because customer service like this is a big
pile of steaming pooh......

...so I am looking for another email2sms provider.  Does anyone have any
suggests?  Would prefer UK based (redcoal is in Australia of all places)
so I can moan at someone during office hours when it all goes wrong ;/
