Audio splitter

Hi, i'm looking for some kind of box that will split my audio into 4
ways.  I am currently using a media reciever to play MP3's and video
files.  I am using the s-video to connect to my AV-amp to goto my
projector and the composit is going to my scion pro-6000 which
networks everything around the house.

I am pulging the video into the scion box but i want to split the
audio so it can goto the scion box and a few amp's which i have for
sending audio into other rooms.  Is there a such thing to split the
audio.  If so will the sound quality be bad?  Are they cheap (I
hope) this is an expensive hobby!
