There is an overlay channel that can be used to provide a framebuffer that
can be used as a GUI output if you are up to programming it all from
scratch
- There's a program called JovePlayer that does just this, unfortunately it
was written by a programmer with no concept of an end user and so the UI
looks tacky and has its roots firmly planted in "computers" as
you navigate
through drive letters and directory structures rather than user friendly
menus.
