TM13 Tranceiver

I wonder if someone can explain this to me, I have had for some
months, probably more than a year a TM13 receiver set to house code
A, almost all the appliance and light modules are on A. I had the
MS13E's and keyfobs set to J and C (as A is completly full) The
TM13 module accepted commands from A,C and J without problem and
relayed the command. This unit was unplugged for a while and when
plugged back in no longer worked (fuse OK etc) A spare TM13 was
plugged in at the same socket on house code A and everything on A
works fine, its Just C and J that dont (except if you change the
house code to C or J and then its fine.)

So it looks to me like I need to purchase a second TM13 and put the
MS13E's and keyfobs on one house code (as A is full) but that seems
daft since everything was working fine for so long?

Any sense to this mess would be a great help, as for a while I
thought I was going mad.
